Return Policy

You may return any product within 30 days from date of purchase.

  • Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • You must provide a copy of the dated receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase. If you purchased via the Online Store, an order confirmation was emailed to you. If you purchased over the phone or at our offices, the receipt was provided at the point of sale.
  • EP can only refund products that were purchased directly from us, not from Resellers. Purchases made from an EP affiliate, such as EP Canada or Sargent-Disc, are considered purchases from a Reseller. Please contact the original place of purchase and adhere to that Reseller’s return policy.

Steps to Obtaining a Refund

  • If you purchased a Digital Download:
    1. Please deactivate the software by following these steps: Deactivate Movie Magic:

    2. Contact EP at products@ep.com to request the refund. Be sure to type “Refund Request” into the subject line. Please include in the email message your:
      • Name
      • Phone number
      • Product name
      • Product serial number
      • Deactivation code

      Because we do not keep your credit card information on file, upon receiving your request, we will contact you for your credit card number and expiration date.

   Your credit card will be credited within 5 to 10 business days. Please allow 5 additional business days for purchases paid by company check.

  • If you purchased a Paymaster Product:
    1. Send an email to products@ep.com requesting the refund. Be sure to type “Refund Request” into the Subject line.
    2. Package the Paymaster to be returned and ship to:

              Attn: Product Returns
              2835 N. Naomi Street
              Burbank, CA 91504-2024

      Please package items securely for return shipping. The Paymaster must be returned with all original materials and documentation, along with a copy of the dated receipt or EP Order Confirmation as proof of purchase. Use a traceable insured method of return shipping—sender assumes responsibility for all shipping costs.

    3. You will be notified via email upon receipt of the package and your credit card will be credited within 5 to 10 business days. Please allow 5 additional business days for purchases paid by company check.
